Notice of Hearing of Ditch Petition. • i In the matterj>f the petition of W. W. Murray et al notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed with the Auditor of Jasper County, State of Indiana, and viewers have been appointed who have viewed and reported said view which is on file in my office. The hearing of said petition upon its merits will he had before the Board of Commissioners of Jasper County, State of Indiana, on Tuesday the Third day of June 1902, the same being the second day of their June Term, 1902. The prayer of said petition is that a ditch be constructed on the following route, towit: Beginning, Forty (40) rods west of the north east corner of the south east quarter of section Three (8) township twenty nine (29) north. Range six (8) west, and running in a south easterly direction to its outlet in a ditch already constructed, at a point three hundred and twenty feet south of the center of section eleven (U) township twenty nine (29) north range six (fllweet.
