Makeever vs Makeever Case Settled.

The litigation over the estate of the late Milton Makeever and wife is at last in a fair way to be ended and the estate satisfactorily divided. The application for a change of venue is withdrawn and Judge Thompson has appointed a commission to divide the 950 acres of land among the heirs. The three sons, Jasper, Newton and Frank are each to receive 11 forty-fifths in value of the land, and Abertus M. Yeoman and Virginia Lines, the grandchildren, are to each receive 2 fifteenths.' The commissioners to divide the land are W. 0. Roadifer, 0. P. Taber and James Clowry all of Remington. The land lies about half a*nd half in Jasper and Newton counties.
