Nearly Twenty-Five Years Old.

The Ladies Literary Club of Rensselaer will celebrate their Silver Jubilee next Nov. and at their last meeting elected officers for the coming year. There*are only three charter members in the Club now and they were elected for officers for the year. Mrs. Alfred Thompson, President. Mrs. E. Purcupile, Vice-President. Mrs. Melle Medians Secretary and Mrs. S. P. Thompson Treasurer, She being a member 24 years. This is one of the oldest clubs Jin the State and belongs to the State Federation of Literary Clubs. It is in a flourishing condition and bids fair to celebrate its Golden Jubilee.
