GRAVEL ROAD NOTICE. State of Indiana -( jq County of Jasper, ) °*-‘ In the Commissioners Court, To April Term 19ftl. Cause No, 121.— —\ In the matterof the South Barkley Gravel road. Notice is hereby given that on April 8, 1902, there was a petition filed before the Board of Commissioners under the the title of “Cause No. 121, South Barkley Gravel Road.” This petition prays for the improvement by way of surveying, grading, draining and graveling or macadamizing the public highway commonly known as the old Francesville and Rensselaer road. The said proposed improvement of said highway commencing at the northwest corner of section ten (16), township twenty-nine (26) north, range five (5) west, in Jasper county, Indiana, and from thence following the line of said highway northwest to the school house, and thence west on the line of said public highway through sections four (4), five (5), six (61, one (1) and two'(2) in township twentynine (29) north, range six (6) west in said county and following the line of said highway down to its terminus to the southwest corner of the east half of the southwest quarter of ' section nine (9) township twenty-nine (29) I north, range six (6) west in said county. Notice is further given that the Board ap- ' proved the petition and bond as being in due I form of law and signed by the proper number : of land owners and thereupon appointed John Hudson, Andrew Hicks and John R. Wilson as viewers, and Hugh L.
