The Circuit Court.

Everett Halstead has brought suit in replevin against Duvall Bros., and others, to recover a stallion sold by the defendants last Saturday, for a feed bill. John F. Judy has begun suit against Jim Rodgers south of town for the value of the cultivator which Jim bought of Wm. Hale, some time ago, and for the alleged larceny of which Hale now awaits trial in the circuit court. Thursday afternoon court adjourned until Friday of next week, April 25th.
