Get Your Dog Tax Ready.

The time Is here when the township assessor or his assistants desires to replenish the exchequer of the township dog fund. He or his deputies will call on all dog owners for the amount of tax required by law to insure the safety of every dog’s head in the township. Those who fail to pay their dog tax will have trouble in store for them.
