Rob and Kill Liquor Man.

At Keokuk Falls, Oklahoma, two men ■hot and killed John Martin, proprietor of a distillery, at his home. They robbed him first and then after saturating his body with oil they set fire to It and escaped. The flames were extinguished by neighbors before the body was consumed. The Secretary of War has twice refused to grant the right of way to the Oklahoma City and Western Railway Company to cross the Fort Sill military res •rvation.
