Wallick Gets a New Trial.

J. Y. Walliok, our former townsman, recently convicted in Monticello of shooting Elmer Reynolds and fined S6OO and sent to jail for 6 months, has been granted a new trial, by Judge Palmer, at the motion of his attorneys. The case will probably be tried in the coming April term.
