A press dispatch from Washington, dated March Bth, says: Representative Qrumpacker, of Indiana, is a member of the steering committee of beet sugar congressmen, appointed at the conference late yesterday afternoon. He was the only Indiana member to attend the meeting of the so called insurgents So far there is no break iu the forces for and against the proposal to do something for Cuba.
