Squire S. M. Lemoine, of Fair Oaks, performed bis first marriage ceremony since his appointment as a justice at his residence, Wednesday, March sth, at 10 a. m. The parties were Mr. Albert Rowan, a well known young farmer of Newton county, and Miss Myrtle Odle, daughter of Daniel Odle trustee of Colfax tp., also in Newton oountj.
