Robbins and Bluebirds Have Come.
Profs. Neher, Spriggs and Spriggs the scientists, were out scouting for signs of spring, last Saturday and they saw them in plenty. A full dozen robins, as may real old-fashioned blue birds, and one red-beaded wood pecker. They also saw a number of those beautiful but rare birds, in this locality, wax-wings, or oedar birds.
They also heard, but saw him not, the croak of a real raven, or carrion crow. They are larger and if possible blacker than the common crow, and have a much croakier croak. They are exceedingly rare here.
