Biggest Man in the World.
Logansport Journal: Lewis Wilkins, known as the “Kentucky Giant,’’ passed through Logansport, Thursday afternoon on a Panhandle train. He was on his way to Oklahoma from Europe, where be had been exhibiting in museums. He weighs nearly 400 pounds, but does not appear over fat, as his height is eight feet and three and one-half inches. He wears a nine and one half hat, size twenty-four shoes and is fortyfour inches around the waist. He says he has accumulated money enough to live on and will take it easy hereafter. He claims to be biggest man in the world.
