Monday morning a change of venue was taken by the plaintiffs in the suit of Wm. L. Nowels and wife vs the City of Rensselaer. The case was sent to Carroll county. The hearing of the Makeever partition case Was resumed. Court adjourned Monday after noon, until Monday of next week.
