A Case of Wife Desertion.

What looks like a case of wife desertion occurred here Tues, night. Curtis Beoughter went down town at six o’clock in the evening, telling bis more or leas invalid wife that he was going after medicine for her. He did not return home at all during the night, and next morning he left on the early train for the north, first buying a ticket for Chicago. Mrs. Beoughter is convinced that he has deserted her and gone to his relatives in lowa.
