Dunnville. • O. ■ 1 Roy Brown, of Rnshville, has been the gn&t of Janies Newhonse for the past week. E. Biggs, of Wbeatfieid was in town on business Monday. B. Steward, of Notre Dame, was in town Saturday. James Newhouse was in North Judson, Tuesday. Miss Cora Wheeler returned to Valparaiso Tuesday, after a week’s visit with her parents. Bert Brooke, of Rensselaer, was in town on business a few days’ this week. The Ground hog cast aside long glance Toward the Eastern sky Then turning round, his shadow spied And to his hole did hie. Rowland. Several tenants are moving this week. Charles Page is on the siok list. Ben Clouse is loading the big boiler from the blow boat on a oar and will take it to Kersey. The boiler weighs 10 tons. Mr. and- Mrs. Harry Gifford visited friends at Kankakee, 111., a couple of days last w eek. T. M. Callahan finished putting up ioe this week, it was of fine quality and about 10 inches in thickness. Wm. Ponton of Kniman was a visitor here one day last week. Chess Casto and wife were guests of A. T. Casto Sunday. John Kimble of Gifford is traveling for the Merchants Cigar Co. of Rensselaer. Mrs. M. S. Zook visited T. B. Shell and family of MoCoysburg Friday and Saturday. Wm. Collins went to Judson Wednesday to see about a possition on a dredge boat near there, Barry Newland is driving shingle nails for Callahan & Dunfee this week. R. S. Nichols was a visitor here Sunday.
