Morocco Stone Road Contract Upheld.

At Kentland last week Judge Thompson decided that the stone road contract in Beaver Tp. and Moroooo, was good. The' kickers had attacked it in the oourts, on the grounds that the oontraot was for a greater sum than the estimated'oost of the roads, bv the viewers. It appeared that the sum total of the viewers* estimate had been made too low, simply through a mistake in figuring, and that the oontraot waa not above the estimated cost, per cubic yard. Therefore the Judge held the oontraot good, and unless an appeal is takea to the Bupreme Court, the roads will now be constructed.
