Rose Lawn Roughs Rounded Up.
Several of the parties who had the big row in Rose Lawn, on August 9th, had their big roundup in the circuit court at Kentland last week. Levi Hinoock, who got the'hard bat on the bead, with a gun barrel, was fined $5 and costs by Judge Thompson on one charge. A jury tried him ou another oharge "that of drawing a deadly weapon, and acquitted him. “Seven-pints John” Mellinger, the saloonist got off with a fine of only sl. James Taber, who was involved in a previous row at Rose Lawn, was fined $25, by the Judge.
