Rural Carriers Organize.

The Indiana Rural Carriers Association has been organized at Muncie with Samnal Soott, of that city, president; F. R. Hamilton, cf Fort Wayne, vice president; W. L. Fetters, of Bluffton, secretary, and A. fl. Bushong, of Portland, treasurer. It is intended to or- ' ganize a branch in each county in | the state, and then expand into a national bodv like the National Letter Carriers’ Association.
