George Myers Still At It
Geo. F. Klytrs. the hustling And always busy Knirnan real estate man has made two good land sales near Wheatfield this week, and a very peculiar circumstance is connected with the purchases. The buyers Are W. S. Walton, of Deselm, 111., who bought the Charles Sohatzley farm of 200 acres two miles north of Wheatfield, paying $35 per acre for the same, and Junes Parks, of Joliet, 111., who bought 200 acres of Horace Marble for s4l per acre. The two' farms adjoin and the purchasers were both former farm neighbors in Will county, 111., but had not until Tuesday of this week, seen each other for 18 years, and their meeting was then purely accidental; both having met Mr. Myers at Wheatfield, to look at land. They will take possession of their purchases within thifnext two weeks.
