December Weather Report.

The Indiana weather report for December 1901 has just been issued. The average temperature for the month was 27 degrees which was degrees less than for December 1900, and 5 degrees less than the normal for the month. The average rainfall for the month was 2.93 inches, which is 2.73 inches more than December 1900, *nd inches above the average for the month. There were but few rainy days, however, and the average numbeFof days when .01 inch or more fell was only 7. In most places, as at Rensselaer, the bulk of the rain fell in two rainy periods, on the Bth and 9th and 13th and 14. The big rain was on the 13th when 2,52 inches fell in Rensselaer, and as much or more in many other parts of the state.
