Said building being more particularily described as Bt a P°*ut three feet south of the north west corner of said out lot JX®*ve and running thence south a distance of thirty two feet ana three inches thence east a distance of eighteen feet and three inches thence north a distance of thirty two feet and three inches thence west a distance of eighteen feet and three inches to the place of beginning. ln applicant desires to sell thirty one feet five inches by seventeen e mt ve inside measurement. The applicant says that said room fronts upon Firman street a public street in Raid village of Parr and that the front of Raid room facing the said street is furnished with two large glass windows and one large panel door with glass therein and that the whole of said room way be viewed from the street; that there is one window upon the west side thereof and one door and one window in the south end of said room; that the said room is separate and apart from any other businesi of any kind whatever; that there are no devices for amusement or music of any kind or character in or about said room; that the same can be securely locked and admission thereto prevented, and that there are no partitions or partition in said room. The applicant says that he is qualified as an applicant for said license for said place.
