“Tom” Sigler Will Move to Oklahoma.
C. C. Sigler, of Kersey, was in town Tuesday closing up business affairs preparatory to making his annual trip to Guthrie, Okla , for the benefit of his wife’s health. This time, however, he expects to go there to remain. Not perhaps at Guthrie, but in the Creek county, in Indian Territory, where he expects to secure a large tract of land and engage in stock raising. He has sold his 160 acre farm, adjoining Kersey to Peter McDaniels of Jordan tp. The price was $6,000 He bought this farm about 7 years ago, paying only sll per acre. He stilt owns and intends to retain, most of the town plat of Kersey, and figures out that when the Gifford road gets into Chicago, it will soon become one of the best towns in Northern Jasper.
