Noise Nuisance Increases.

The present great extension of the trolley systems is welcomed by the Independent because It thinks the trolley wilt give us relief from the nerveexhausting, Insanity producing noise of the steam engines. In view, or rather within hearing, of the omnipresent earsplitting, clattering, squeaking, bell ringing, rumbling and jarring of the present day trolley we think the change is for the worse.
