Monday, Deo. stb, 1902, the W. R. C. held their annual installation. Mrs. Elizabeth Haus, as installing officer, occupied the chair. Mrs. . Lou Childers was conductress. The new officers have already been mentioned at the time oljjfceir election. Mrs. Powers, the retiring Presi- . dent has had a very successful year and is well liked, and her apI pointment as Assistant Patriotic Instructress by the Department President, will occupy her time the coming year.
