The County Commissioners held their regular January session, Monday and Tuesday: Saloon license was granted to Charles A. Gundy of Fair Oaks. Angeline Walters et al, petition for highway. Report approved and highway ordered established. Jacob D. Rich et al, petition for ditch. Remonstrance, filed, Web Jackson, Christian Hensler arid Jack Hudson appointed reviewers. Barbara Kelley, petition for a ditch. Report approved and viewers discharged 1 . Amos H. Alter et al, petition for ditch. Report of viewers approved and final report ordered. Henry Huffman et al. petition for ditch. Felix French, Henry Grow and Wm. Daniels appointed viewers. C. M. Blue, trustee of Marion township, presented a report showing a balance of $416.92 in his hands for the Relief of the poor and medical attendance. Wm. L.
