Four Pages Today.

Owing probably to a congestion of business on New Years, our regular shipment of paper failed to reaoh us in time for this number. Hence we issue a four page paper now, in preference to the uncertain delay of waiting the arrival of the last shipment. We will make this deficiency good by issuing an eight page paper next Tuesday, giving then the general news and miscellaneous matter we are unable to give now.
