There was a serious error made in transmitting the news of a death in the family of Frank Lewis, of (Oxford, as noted in oar Tuesday’s issue. It was his motber>wbo died suddenly Sunday miming, instead of bis father. And while it was an dqaally sad event 'the nows of his mother’s ou'd have been muoh lees of a shock, as she had been in very poor health for some time, and her death was not wholly unexpected. ShUhas a>stroke of paralysis at 3 o’clock Sunday morning and died at 7 tbe same morning.
