Hurty’s New Death Certificate.

So long as the people of Indiana will not learn to fear Hurty and keep his oommandments, just so loQg they will continue to die occasionally, the same as other inhabitants of this vale of mortality. But if Hurty can’t make them stay alive, he can at least have them tabulated to suit his ideas after they are dead. In the exercise of this power he has sent out to all oounty health offioers a new form of death certificate, which must be used in place of the old form, on and after January Ist. The new form is better and more concisely arranged than the old one, but does not differ from it materially in the nature and extent of information required. It is essentially the same form as is used by the government, and in most of the states.
