Henry Gowland Buys Another Farm.
Henry Gowland who sold his farm, the former Lute Ponsler place northeast of town, some months ago, and at the time had some thoughts of going west, has concluded to remain in Jasper county. He has bought of Rev. M. R. Paradis, now of Waverly, Minn., the old Clint Stackhouse farm, four miles north of town. It contains 218 acres and the price was SII,OOO, or a little more than SSO per acre. It is a good farm, although somewhat out up by the Iroquois river. C. A. Dean oonduoted the negotiations.
