Closing Out Sale.

The undersigned having disposed of his residence property in Rensselaer will offer all of his household goods at private sale beginning December 26th and lasting until January sth, 1902. 1 base burning coal stove, 1 base burning wood stove, 1 good cook stove, 1 new gasoline stove, 1 oil stove, 7 rocking chairs, 1 set dining room chairs, 1 bed room suit, 1 oak dresser, 2 bed steads, a 1 new folding bed with moss mattress, 1 cupboard, 1 extension table, 1 book case, 1 fine French consol, 3 nearly new carpets, 1 sofa, 1 sewing machine, Dishes, 1 pair counter scales, 1 lawn mower, And many other articles too numerous to mention. These goods are all in good condition and will be sold oheap. Any one wishing to look the property over may call at the house at any time between nine and three o’clock during the days of sale.
