Mr. Isherwood’s Newspaper Revived.

R. M. Isherwood has revived the Noblesville Democrat after a suspension of several months. The paper re-appeared last Friday, with a promise that it will be continued. The civil suit to set aside the mortgage has been disposed of and the mortgage on the plant, given by Gilbert and Van Doren to Isherwood at the time of the sale and transferred to C. R. Pollard was held to be valjd, and the ownership of the plant is vested in Pollard. The indictment returned by the grand jury charging fraud were dismissed but the last grand jury returned another indictment which is still pending and this phase of the controversy stands about where it was.
