A Zero Divorce Suit.

It is now too cold for carrying bu not for divorcing. A divorce case was filed Thursday, for a party in Keener tp. “Allie” Crawford is the plaintiff and Eliza Crawford the defendant. Both parties are not women, as their front names would indicate, for Allie, she is a man, as the Fowler ‘•Frenchmon” would say. They were married June 10th, 1899, and their wedlock terminated ten days before the end of their honeymoon, namely on July Ist, 1899. Allie charges that Eliza totally abandoned him on that day and that he has been an abandoned man ever since. Which “abandoned” condition makes it lucky again for Allie that she isn’t a woman. Eliza is said to be a non-resident of the state.
