Has Been In Every State and Territory.

James 8, Alter, of Carpenter tp., has just completed another of his extended journeys, for the number and extent of which probably no other resident of Jasper ever was his equal. This latest trip was northward and westward clear to the Pacific coast, and he went out over one railroad and returned by another. He now states that he has visited every state and territory in the Union, not including Alaska and the islands; but also including trips into different parts of Canada and Mexico. He is a mighty and a tirelesss traveler, for a fact.
