Hanging Grove.

The teachers of this township held their institute at McCoysburg last Saturday. Albert Warner made a fiying trip to 111. last week and returned home Monday. The late cold snap following so soon after the rain and sleet of Friday and Friday night has been very hard on unsheltered stock and quite a lot of poultry has frozen to death. Chas. Mairer has advertised his sale for Dec. 20. They are going to move back to Champaign Co. 111., and hope to be there in time to spend Christmas among relatives and old time friends.
