School Socials Are Numerous.

That very oommendible industry, the school social, is flourishing greatly now, as also is the industry of advertising it. It might help to grease the wheels of the latter branch of the business if each notice for publication were accompanied, or followed in due season, by 25 cents. “Not necessarily for publication, but as an evidence of good faith.” These school socials are for an excellent purpose, and we are glad to help them along, but they are so numerous of late years that to advertise them all entirely gratis makes rather a large burden.
