The Halleok Telephone C;mpany has been duly incorporated, under the laws of Indiana. The main office of the company will be at Rensselaer, but the corporation will operate in Jasper, Newton, Benton, White, Tippeoanoe, Warren, Carroll, Cass, Pulaski, Starke, Fulton, Marshall, St. Joseph, Porter, Laporte and Lake counties. Its capital is SIO,OOO and the inoorporators are Charles Halleck, John F. Bruner, Sarah A. Wells, L. I. Halleck, Nettie Joyner, Abraham Halleck and Elizabeth White.
