Application for license. Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the Town of Pair Oaks and of Union Township, Jasper County, Indiana, that the undersigned, Charles A. Gundy, a male inhabitant or the State of Indiana, over the age of twenty-one years, of good moral character, and a man not in the habit of becoming intoxicated, and who haa been a continuous reeidentof said town and township for more than ninety days last past and who is, in respect to all legal requirement# and qualifications, a fit and proper person to be entrusted with the sale of intoxicating liquors and who is and will be the actual owner and proprietor of said business if lioense be granted him, will apply to the Board of Commissioners of the County of Jasper at their January term, commencing January 6th, 1902, for a license to sell and barter spirituous, vinous, malt and all other intoxicating liquors in less quantities than a quart at a time with the privilege of allowing the same to be drank on the premises where sold and bartered.
