By virtue of a certified copy of decree and execution to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, in a cause wherein Milton Anderson and Otis W. Hathaway are plaintiffs and Phebe Getchel and Joseph Stewart are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of sixteen hundred ana fifty-five dollars and fifty cents, ($1655.50) together with interest and costs accrued and to accrue, I will expose at public sale to the highest and best bidder, on Thursday, December 12th, 1901 between the hours of 10 o'clock a. m. and 4 o’clock p. m. of said day, at the door of the court house of Jasper County, Indiana, in the city of Rensselaer, first the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following real estate hereinafter described, and if said rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree and execution and interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate or so much thereof as may be necessary to discharge said decree and execution and interest and oosts, to wit: The Southeest quarter (*4) of section thirty five (85), township twenty-nine (29) north, range five (6) west; with the exception of five (6) acres off the north end of the west half (X) of said southeast quarter ()*£) of said section.
