John Huff Jailed.

John Huff, who burned the barn on Mrs. Laura Michaels’ farm, in Jordan tp., together with muoh property belonging to his brother, Julius Huff, on Nov. 11th, is now safely behind the bars in the Jasper county jail. He was arrested in Pulaski county Sunday, by Mr. Coffman, a deputy sheriff, and brought over by him Tues. Huff admits setting the fire, bnt claims it was an aocident. There is not likely to be any “acoident” in what he gets for doing it. His trial will probably be set for this week.
