District Convention of W. R. C.

The annual convention of the Woman’s Relief Corps of the thirteenth distriot, was held in Modern Woodmen hall, in Lafayette Monday. There are twelve oorps in the district, bnt some of them were not represented. The election of officers resulted in the ohoioe of Mrs. Belle Jenkins, of Barrows, as district president, and in the choice of Mrs. Martin, of Boswell, as senior vice president, Mrs. Elizabeth Machett, of Fowler, was eleoted a delegate to the national convention, and Mrs. Josephine Bennett, of Lafayette, was ohosen alternate. Boswell was selected as the next plaoe of meeting.
