Notice to Property Owners. Improvement of Forest and Merritt Streets. In the matter of the improvement of Forest and Merritt Streets from the north line of Oak street to a point fl feet north of the center line of Merritt street, and from a point 6 feet west of the center line of Forest street to the east line of the “Gravel Road.” Notice is hereby given that the City Commissioners have filed their report of assessments on account of said improvement and that they assessed the property of the following named persons, towit: David H. and Mary E. Yeoman, Robert A. Hopkins, Victor P. Yeoman, Dallas M. Yeoman, Theodore F. Warne, James F. Yeoman, David V. Yeoman, Ella and Rose Culp, Mary Cleveland, Elizabeth Brown, Vernon Newels, John Coen and Hattie E. Kerr, Charles B. and Jennie Steward, Charles W. Coen and Jesse L. Brady, Nellie M. Harris, Elizabeth and Julia M. Smith, Mary E. Spitler, Sarah E. Gay and the City of Rensselaer, Indiana. The said report will come up for final hearing on the 3rd Day of December, 1901, at 7 o'clock p. m. at the Council Chamber.
