New Town to Have Railroad.

The promoters of Indiana Harbor, a manufacturing city that is rising on the lake front near Whiting and East Chicago, in Lake county, Saturday at Indianapolis filed articles of incorporation for the Indiana Harbor railroad company, capital $250,000. This line will give the new city connection with all the roads running along the lake shore and with the harbor that is now being built.
