Notice to Property Owners. Improvement of Forest and Merritt Streets. In the matter of the improvement of Forest and Merritt Streets from the north line of Oak street to a point 6 feet north of the center line of Merritt street, and from a point 6 feet west of the center line of Forest street to the east line of the “Gravel Road.” Notice is hereby given that the City Commissioners have filed their report of assessments on account of said improvement and that they assessed the property of the following named persons, towit: David H. and Mary E. Yeoman, Robert A. Hopkins, Victor P. Yeoman, Dallas M. Yeoman, Theodore F. Warne, James F. Yeoman, David V. Yeoman, Ella and Rose Culp, Mary Cleveland, Elizabeth Brown, Vernon Nowels, John Coen and Hattie E. Kerr, Charles B. and Jennie Steward, Charles W. Coen and Jesse L. Brady, Nellie M.
