There is a woman in the north west part of town who needs a baby buggy badly as well as frequently, and it would be a good deed for the neighbors to ohip in and buy her one. The pressing nature of her need for such a vehicle was illustrated last week, when she got hold of one belongto other parties, repainted it a gorgeous red, and then said she bought it of some movers. The owner recognized it, however, in spite of its changed complexion, and being a man of forethought, reclaimed possession.
