Jim Blake Bound Over.

Jim ,Blake had his preliminary examination before Squire Burnham, Tuesday evening. He admitted striking old Mr. Tinder, and several eye witnesses of the act also testified. They stated that Tinder was still confined to his bed and suffering greatly from the injury. The Squire bound him over in SSOO bail, in default of which he was remanded back to jail.
