Jim Blake, the youthful bad man who so brutelly assaulted old Mr. Tinder, on the Gifford road, last Friday, is now safely in our county jail. Sheriff Hardy and Constable Vick have been working the wires to catch him, and finally located him near Reynolds. He was arrested there, today, and brought up on the 3:30 p. m. train by Mr. Mitchell,
