Forsythe Sues The City.

Benton and Cora E, Foreythe have brought suit against tbe City of Rensselaer, in the circuit court, on the matter of their assessment for the improvement of Van Rensselaer street. They allege in their complaint that the proceeding for pie improvement were invalid, but do not set out any of the facts by which they expect to prove the invalidity. They also assert that their property is assessed too high for the benefits received and too high in proportion to the assessment of other property, They ask the circuit court to give them such relief ayif.may find proper.
