Another Big Sale in Hang ing Grove.

Another big land'sale has just been closed up in Hanging Grove tp. O. R. Derby and brothers have sold their 352| acres to S, H. Howe, of Thawville, 111. The sale was partly for other property, but the agents have taken that at such a rate that the land nets the Derbys S3B per acre; or $23,395 for the farm. Mr. Howe and his son will probably occupy the farm, themselves, after Mar. Ist. The Der--bys may buy again some place in this or some neighboring county.
