House of Bishops of Episcopal Church Adopts Canon. The House of Bishops in session nt Sun Francisco adopted the amendment to canon 30 of the Episcopal doctrine pro hlbitlng the remarriage within the church of persons who have been divorced. Following is the text of the amendment as adopted: • / - “No minister shall solemnise a marriage between any two persons unless, nor until, by inquiry, he shall have satisfied hiirisolf that neither person is the hus-

band nor the wife of any other person then living, or has been the husband or the wife of any other person then living, unless the former marriage was annulled by decree of some civil court of competent Jurisdiction for cause existing before such former marriage.” George Moran, who, .with three companions, was arrested in the Chickasaw country and placed in jail at Ardmore, I. T., was identified by Z. E. Beanblossom of Oklahoma City as the man who murdered the doctor's 11-yeay-old son near Rush Springs, O. T., on Aug. ICL
