Notice of Hearing of Ditch Petition. In the matter of the petition of Barbara Kelley et al. No. 9607. Notice is hereby given that a pe.ltion has been filed with the Auditor of Jaaper county, state of Indiana, and viewers have been appointed who have viewed and reported said view which is on file in my office. The hearing of said petition upon Its merits will be had before the Board of Commissioners of Jasper county, State of Indiana on Tueeday the sth day of November 1901, the same being the second day of their Novem bar term, 1901. The prayer of said petition is that a ditch be be constructed on the following route, towit: . Beginning five hundred (600) feet south and twenty (20) feet west from the southeast corner of the northeast vuarter of section thirtytwo (82), township twenty-eight (28) north, range seven (7) west, aunning thence north thirty-one J hundred and thirty (3180) feet, thence west twelve hundred and twenty-four feet to its outlet In the “Cain” Ditch.
